Yes. At November Ethnic Studio, we have stylists who can help you find something in a particular style or for a specific occasion. If you have queries regarding what color would suit you, what garment would enhance your body type, or how to accessorize any of our pieces, our stylists will solve it all. Do you offer video consultations? How can I reach you?

At November Ethnic Studio, one of our core values is to ensure an excellent customer experience and we are happy to assist you in any way that makes your buying journey enjoyable. We do offer video consultations on appointments. I liked a product on the website but it is sold out. When will it be available again?

As a commitment to sustainability and minimizing waste, we make our product in small batches which also make them less common and unique to the wearers’ personal styles. For this reason, we procure our raw materials in limited quantities and may not be able to source the same raw materials again. In such cases, once a product is sold out, we may not be able to offer the same product again. However, we do anticipate that some products will receive a lot of love by our customers, and may sell out faster than expected. For such items, we have options for pre-ordering or joining the waitlist on those specific product pages. If a product is available for pre-ordering, the shipping and delivery timeline will be mentioned there. If an item is sold out and is not available for pre-ordering, you may join the waitlist and we will reach out to you when we restock the item(s).

Do you offer bespoke services if I want to create an outfit from scratch?

Are the colors shown on the website accurate to the garments?

We strive to display the colors of the garment as accurately as possible on our website. However, there may be slight variations in the actual colors due to lighting and differences in the display quality of devices used to view the products on.

Do you have a store for in-person trials and purchases?
