Shipping Policy

1. General Information

All completed and paid ready to wear orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Eastern Time). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders requiring alterations will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed on Fridays after business hours will be processed and shipped the following Monday. We are committed to delivering your products on time. Currently, we use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. For pre-orders and waitlist items, the estimated processing and delivery times are mentioned on the product pages.

If your order is accepted and the product is sold out, we will notify you and process the refund to the same mode of payment used for placing the order.

2. Shipping Locations

November Ethnic Studio offers shipping across the United States of America. We do not offer international shipping currently. We strive to deliver your orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring your shopping experience with us is smooth and satisfactory.

3. Shipping Options and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Economy Delivery usually takes 5-8 business days.

  • Shipping Options & Rates:
    • Economy Shipping: Estimated 5 to 8 business days. Free for U.S. orders over $150. 
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3 to 4 business days.
    • Express Shipping: Estimated 1 to 2 days rush shipping via FedEx Express or USPS Priority.
    • For Express Shipping, please contact our team before placing your order.
    • Please note that orders requiring alterations may take slightly longer to deliver.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. If there are any issues with your tracking number or the delivery of your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly before reaching out to us. Tracking information may take 1 to 4 days to update. In rare cases, tracking information may not update, but the package will still arrive within the expected delivery timeframe. If your order does not arrive after the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

November Ethnic Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages and inaccurate items

November Ethnic Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We take pride in doing a thorough quality check before dispatching any product to ensure there are no production-related damages to the items. However, in rare cases of oversight and human error, if you receive an inaccurate item or an item with production-related damage(s), please reach out to us via email within 24 hours of order delivery.

7. International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside The United States of America.
