Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Need a different size or didn't love what you bought? We understand! We offer a hassle-free 7-day return or exchange policy.

  1. To return your order

  • Please initiate the return process within 7 days after order delivery. 

  • Only ready-to-wear, non-customized/non-altered items are eligible for returns and exchanges. Items must be returned with November Ethnic Studio tags attached.

  • Keep the product in its original packaging and ensure it is unused, unworn and unwashed. We reserve the right to refuse any items that do not meet these criteria. 

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to thorough inspection to be eligible for refund or exchange. If an item is deemed ineligible after inspection, it will not be sent back to the customer and we will not process the refund. 

  • Please initiate the return request by emailing us at support@novemberethnicstudio.com, mentioning your order number and reason for return. Once your request is accepted, we will guide you through the next steps.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of the return label, and a $10 restocking fee will be charged for every item returned. 

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you via email.

  • Refunds are initiated within 10-12 working days and will be processed to your source account.

  • Please note that items shipped back without following the proper return procedure will not be accepted, and will not be returned to the sender. We reserve the right to refuse any items that do not meet these criteria.

  1. To exchange your order:

  • Only ready-to-wear, non-customized and non-altered items are eligible for returns and exchanges.

  • Items must be returned with November Ethnic Studio tags attached.

  • Keep the product in its original packaging and ensure it is unused, unworn and unwashed. We reserve the right to refuse any items that do not meet these criteria. 

  • Exchanges are only applicable for size changes; no exchanges for other products or colors. To exchange for a different product or color, please return the original product and initiate a new transaction. 

  • Please initiate the exchange request by emailing us at support@novemberethnicstudio.com, mentioning your order number and reason for exchange. Once your request is accepted, we will guide you through the next steps.

  • A $10 restocking fee will be charged for each exchanged product(s).

  • The customer will be responsible for the return label and the shipping cost of the new item. 

  • Exchange is subject to size availability.

  • Separate emails are required for each item in multi-item exchanges.

  1. To cancel your order

  • For all orders, we offer a hassle-free 24-hour cancellation policy. Please contact us at support@novemberethnicstudio.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Alternatively, reach out via whatsapp/text/call on +1 484-923-0230 mentioning your order number and we will guide you through the next steps.

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it. In such cases, we request you to go through our returns process. 

  • Cancellations after 24 hours, exchanges and returns are not available for customized orders.

  1. Damaged and inaccurate items

  • November Ethnic Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your package damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team at support@novemberethnicstudio.com directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

  • We take pride in doing a thorough quality check before dispatching any product to ensure there are no production-related damages to the items. However, in rare cases of oversight and human error, if you receive an inaccurate item or an item with production-related damage(s), please reach out to us via email within 48 hours of order delivery for assistance. 

  • Initiate the return of damaged or incorrect items by sending us an email to support@novemberethnicstudio.com. Once your request is accepted, we will coordinate with you for next steps.

  • Please note, you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.

  • Items shipped back without following the proper return procedure will not be accepted, and will not be returned to the sender. We reserve the right to refuse any items that do not meet these criteria.
